We enjoyed our stay at the villa. It had absolutly everything we needed for a great vacation. I espically liked that everything was so clean and we had plenty of towels. We all enjoyed the pool after long days at the parks and the kids loved the game room. Bill and jackie were great and very easy to work with. I would definatly stay here again.

Just got back from Florida after a wonderful week at this villa with my family. We were down for a relatives wedding on Saturday and then spent the rest of the week visiting family and taking in the tourist spots. The villa was perfectly located for us to visit our relatives and was very close to Disney and Universal. We have older children so we skipped Disney and did Universal, Sea-world, Discovery cove, city-walk, and I-drive restaurants. The house was never far from any of the sites. The house was spacious and had plenty of room for all seven of us. A few more in our group would have been just fine. The house was well appointed and had all the amenities we could ask for. We had a warm week for March and the heated pool was very refreshing after a day of sightseeing. The house was so nice that we actually invited our Florida relatives over for an afternoon luncheon and a swim for the kids. It felt like having your own vacation home. The villa was in a gated community and everyone made us feel very welcome. We visit Orlando often and have stayed in top resorts before, we enjoyed the freedom of the villa even more. We had a really great time in Orlando. I would recommend this villa for everyone who wants to go Orlando area. The gated community is really nice, and the owner, Bill Smith, is always providing for the stay to be the best possible. I had been to Lake Berkley before with my wife and kids, and this house was the best we had ever stayed.

This is a beautiful vacation home with lots of great ammenities and plenty of room! It is great to be able to come home and take a dip in the pool after spending the day at Disney World, which is super close. Would definately recommend this Villa to family and friends planning a visit to Florida!

Hi Mr. & Mrs. Smith, Great Place!!! We truly enjoyed our stay at your house from October 13 thru October 27, 2008. The house was beautiful and spacious for the comfort of our family.
