Our luxury villa is located in the prestigious Lake Berkley Resort in Kissimmee. Lake Berkley is a gated community with a guard present 24 hrs a day.

Our villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and its own private screened in, heated pool which is also handicapped accessible. The pool area has a large lanai with table, chairs, and overhead fan. The perfect place for lunch or a great place for your morning coffee or tea. The villa is air conditioned and fully furnished. It also has been recently redecorated by its new owners. It has a formal dining room and eat in kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need to prepare a family feast or a simple snack for the kids. The master bedroom has a king bed with TV and sliding doors to the pool area. It also has its own bathroom with a door going out to the pool. The second master bedroom has a queen bed with TV and its own bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms have twin beds. All the bedrooms have ample closet space. We have cable TV and hairdryers are provided in all bathrooms. The villa has a washer and dryer. The double car garage has been turned into a fully carpeted game room. It has full size table tennis, 6 FT air hockey game, and a foosball table.

Lake Berkley is close enough to all the action but also far enough away to enjoy some peace and tranquility. Located within a mile from famous route 192. You are never far away from excellent restaurants, shopping centers, Disney, attractions, go karts, mini golf and much much more. We are also only a mile away from a 24 hr Wal-mart Supercenter.

We have just planted 3 ft high bushes all around the pool for more privacy. WiFi is now available. All new flat screen HD TVs in all 4 bedrooms with new VCR/DVD players. Also a larger flat screen HD TV in the living room.
